REVIEWS Getting older with a bad back. I needed to find a replacement for squats. For me doing high rep lightweight squats is not easy. Leg presses offer new ways to hurt your lower back and gut. Rowing with weight engages your entire body. I can't do a complete squat anymore. I can't go completely down (because my knees are shot too). I can do a complete squat type motion on my rower pulling about 150 lbs. I super-set 10 reps throughout a workout of 12 sets. This rower has worked miracles for my total body strength. Very light weight and easy to store. A good answer to "too old to do squats." Power Row Option Mark2019-11-01 I have a bad knee that had several operations. i always dreaded leg days since it is hard to find an exercise that will work with my body. This will work great and allow me to do cardio and weights again since i can no longer squat and do various other exercises. a great addition to my home home gym Power Row Option thomas2023-10-01 I just recently added the power row to my home gym, and I absolutely love it. Leg work has always been somewhat annoying with my cable system, but this has completely changed my mind on that. I've been able to use it as a cardio machine, with light weight at 150# (after reduction by pulleys), and up at 250# plus to hit the legs for lifting style workouts. It's awesome, plain and simple. I can feel such a difference on how it hits so many muscle groups than my elliptical and recumbent bike that the power row is quickly becoming my favorite cardio device, since it actually builds strength at the same time (with the amounts of weights I'm using). Power Row Option Kevin Rau2020-05-25 I have owned the Express Pro with the leg press for several years. It is a very functional smooth machine which has provided me with being able to stave off Old Man Winter. Every station has been reliable and it has outperformed all the machines I had in the past. I am now purchasing the row attachment and I will gladly review my findings Power Row Option Samuel Cacallori2021-03-20 use it for rows and for leg press attach it to my weight belt and do leg presses from my lat tower..
